ANOTHER FUCKING BIRD JUMPS UP FROM THE FLOOR.
Cats happy again.
Bird flying around in panic. I manage to open a window and it finds its way out.
Cats VERY sad.
Got home from work. Went out on balcony for a smoke. Cats joined. Heard a bird jumping around.
ITS FUCKING INSIDE THE BALCONY
(it's windowed)
Cats very happy. Bird less happy.
Manage to let it out. Cats sad.
Talk to neighbour through window.
i wish depression were an emergency. I wish someone could take one look at how sick I am and go “oh my god, we need to get you to a hospital!” and then when we get there I get rushed into surgery and the surgeons say “it’s a good thing you brought her here when you did, this is a seriously advanced case” and then they put me under and spend the next ten hours pulling metres of long, sticky black strands of gunk out of my body, throwing it immediately into an incinerator so that it can’t infect anyone else. And then they could stitch me back up and I could rest a few days, and when I leave the hospital everyone can see how much better I am and they congratulate me saying “well done, you’ve been so brave, I’m so glad you’re ok. I love you
Being passively suicidal is so fucked up. You don't plan on ending your life, but you're so exhausted by being alive that the thought of not existing anymore feels more comforting than anything else. You keep going, but deep down, you're tired of it all.
cant believe this guy tried to start phone sex, i declined, later on i tried to tell him his approach made me feel uncomfortable and this dude literally flamed me saying i was destroying his self esteem.
im so happy ive not had anything to do with him in over a whole year now
Terrified because I woke myself up by screaming in my sleep. Didn't make anything better that i was screaming "help, please help. No I really mean it, please help me".
Now i have to worry about police coming over to do a wellness check or something...
@TigerSharif7 I was still screaming the words as I woke up. It was the exact words as were in my dream.
And then confirmed it from a sleep tracker. It records sounds over a specific decibel.
I love getting responses like this. I am honest with my compliments and I like that I notice things that people are proud of. I hope it makes people happy.
I never really compliment strangers. But every time ive done it at work, it has shocked me. Like when I told a woman she had a lovely necklace. She got so excited, told me shes made it herself. I genuinely liked it, thats why I told her it was lovely.
Or like the other day when I had a woman in the kiosk and she was wearing this ridiculously gorgeous dress, and she was gorgeous herself. So I told her, and she got a bit shy and said she had to alter it to fit her.
Was filling vending machine with cigarettes. A woman walks by with a full shopping cart and I smile briefly at her. She stops and tells me "I always get so happy when i see you here. You're good"
sometimes it just hits me i spent years talking to a person who'd tell me to control my emotions when i, a person with adhd and autism, literally have on paper i have a physical disadvantage to do so
when he says “ily” but Dostoevsky said “i do not ask for your love in return. to love you is enough. to have known you, to have felt alive in your presence, that is my greatest joy and will carry it with me always”
Third day back on metformin, trying to tame my hb-values that are way too high. My ass is already raw and ive swallowed my own puke more times than I care to count. Please just end me
i feel so safe with this boy already. very little to no anxiety, i do feel loved, cared for and about. there is such a difference compared to previous situations. it makes me so very overwhelmed, and happy at the same time.
