Helping people disagree better without compromising what they believe. Author of Opinionated Not Judgmental and Power of 10. Believer, husband, father, patriot.
Theologians generally agree there are THREE key aspects to a "saving faith." The Bible tells us even demons have two out of the three.
Here's a warning: two-thirds faith can still send you to hell.
I used to think I wanted the truth.
Looking back, I think I mostly wanted affirmation.
Reading the Bible cover to cover exposed something I didn’t expect:
I wasn’t rejecting God’s Word.
I was editing it.

I thought reading the whole Bible would give me more answers.
Instead, it exposed more of me.
James 1:22 still convicts me:
“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”
Knowing Scripture isn’t the finish line.
Living it is.

People still tell me they miss my Facebook debates.
But somewhere along the way, God showed me something.
I was spending too much energy trying to win arguments and not enough sharing the gospel.
Winning an argument changes a mind.
Jesus changes a life.

If God is all-loving, why do children suffer?
I don’t claim to know why every tragedy happens.
Christianity doesn’t give us an explanation for every loss.
It gives us a Savior who entered our suffering—and the hope that evil won’t have the final word.

Why did I finally become a Christian?
Not because I stopped asking questions.
Because I became convinced the evidence pointed to Jesus.

Thanks for joining me on the journey.

One of the biggest surprises on my journey to faith?
Discovering that some of the world’s brightest scientists, philosophers, and historians are Christians.

If God doesn’t exist…
what makes anything objectively evil?
Every worldview has to answer that question.
Episode 5 of A Journalist’s Case for God tackles one of Christianity’s biggest objections:
“If God is good, why does evil exist?”

Can you really trust the Bible?
As a journalist, I asked the same questions I’d ask of any historical document:
Who wrote it?
When?
Can we verify it?
The answers surprised me.

If we criticize the mainstream media for spreading unverified claims, we must hold conservative influencers to the same standard.
Truth doesn’t change because the person speaking agrees with us.
Charlie Kirk’s family deserves evidence—not conspiracy theories. @RealCandaceO
Christianity rises or falls on one historical event:
The resurrection of Jesus.
If it didn’t happen, Christianity is false.
If it did…
everything changes.

"Nobody has the right to live their lives being protected from offence, or from insult or from hurt feelings - it is an occupational hazard of living in society"
And if you really can't take it, become a hermit"

The biggest lie I believed growing up?
That science and Christianity were at odds.
Ironically, the deeper I studied science, the stronger my belief in God became.
Science explains how.
It doesn’t explain why.
Ep 2 of A Journalist’s Case for God
#ScienceAndFaith#Apologetics
I became a journalist because I believed in following the evidence wherever it led.
Ironically…
that’s exactly what led me to Jesus.
If you’ve ever wondered whether Christianity can stand up to honest questions, this new series is for you.

A Colorado teacher REFUSED to allow a 13-year-old student to present her Pro-Life poem for the class because it’s "offensive."
MILLIONS have now listened to her poem and her story.
If you haven't heard it yet, @StudentsforLife made an amazing video of her reading it!
