@AzureSupport There are a lot of Q&A's already on this, none of them contain a timeline of Redis 6.2 or 7.0. I can only find that 6.2 will be skipped and 7.0 would be the next version, but that was more than a year ago.
@AzureSupport Are there any plans to release Redis 6.2 and/or 7 anytime soon on Azure Cache for Redis? 6.2 is 2 years old already and 7 has been released over a year ago too...
@AzureSupport Thanks, I know, it doesn't say anything about these versions... Take a look at your competitors, they all support 6.2 for over a year already. Why not add a version table with a roadmap, like with AKS? The lack of communication about it is concerning.
@lxe@ggerganov Might be mostly coming from the lack of threads, but Wazero is quite new and still some improvements to be made to the compiler. Wasmer doesn't support Emscripten that well, but it might compile with wasi-libc too, didn't test that.
@chasex76928460 Big chains mostly depend on their POS system supplier and as long as they don't support it, it won't happen. They are not going to replace all of their POS systems in all locations only for this. But more and more big chains are rolling out their own digital receipt solution.
@chasex76928460 There are multiple, ReceiptHero for example. For us it was too hard to make a business model around it and it requires a lot of hardware (while we are a software company). Might be a lot better in 5 years when most POS systems are internet-connected.
@troyhunt@SwiftOnSecurity@haveibeenpwned@SendGrid Some providers have really strict rate limits, I had major rate limiting issues with https://t.co/xCtc2sVNpr (Deutsche Telekom), and I wasn't even sending that many emails, couple of thousand. I even used a warmed up private IP to send it.
@CTNieuwenhout@GLGroningen@gem_groningen Was een grapje natuurlijk, maar op zich wel een goed idee. Zal eens kijken waar ik precies moet zijn bij de gemeente π
