Exactly. SM representative said that it is impossible for CBX to continue exo activities after all of the broken trust over these disputes and only retracted their words when cbx team seeked legal review over that article. Why did they edit that out? They knew cbx have been reaching out to them and even subject them to new agreements for the group activities alone which I already told you last night that cbx have already complied and according to cbx new statement, they already conveyed the intention to pay that 10% to sm once the legal proceedings are concluded but what did sm do? They still excluded them in the upcoming cb and fm bc (let's go back to the first sentence) they can't work with them anymore. They could have at least told cbx to their faces that "yeah let's wait for the court proceedings to conclude but at the mean time you're not part of this comeback yet bc we don't trust you yet bc you haven't paid us yet" but no, they literally announced that fm and cb without them and cbx clueless about it.

They retracted it because it exposes this not as a contract dispute, but as a deliberate termination of their roles in EXO.

* Junmyeon said the other day that they are only 20% done with album prep
* Jongdae said yesterday that they are waiting to participate
* Yixing said today that he has already filmed the mv with the 5 others
* you can’t tell me the exos aren’t talking amongst all 9 of themselves in the group chat
* CBX still has cleared schedules for the entirely of fanmeet/album/promotional period
* so did CBX already know they weren’t going to be included, weren’t allowed to mention anything publicly… but still held out hope for… something? i wish i could figure out what �� some kind of late, backdoor resolutions etc that would allow them to film/record their parts separately and later be included in the full album? idk and i wish i did. something doesn’t add up

Junmyeon could be correct; the album is still in early development. Yixing could be correct; the mv is for the pre-release single and has been recorded with only 6 members. Jongdae could be correct; CBX are still waiting - but for the green light for the full album, hence the extended schedule clears

what if SM is testing the waters with the fanmeet and single (both released early) to see how much the fandom can be pacified by finally adding poor yixing into the mix. if the fanmeet sells out (which it will, we cannot control that: thanks kfans 🤷🏻‍♀️) and the single goes well with zero fandom backlash then the full album will be 6. but nothing is set in stone and SM can change the lineup at any time

i think the international fandom have to get loud and messy. fast.
