Today we’re launching ChatGPT for Creator Discovery.
It analyzes your website, competitors, and similar brands to find the right creators across 5,000+ micro-categories in minutes.
Hiring an influencer marketing manager is now optional.
Every brand wants more content. 📈
Almost none of them can answer this question first:
💭 "What does a piece of content that actually converts look like for our specific product?"
Not in general. Not for the category. For your product.
Until you can answer that, briefing more creators just scales the confusion. 🌀
Creative quality now accounts for 56% of all campaign performance outcomes.
More than targeting. 🎯
More than budget. 💰
More than timing. ⏰
Your creative isn't just your ad anymore.
It's your targeting.
@Meta's new system rewards creative diversity over creative polish.
Not minor variations of the same ad. ❌
Fully distinct concepts. Different stories. Different angles. ✅
The brands producing 2-3 creatives a month are playing a game that no longer exists. 📉
20+ fresh, distinct creatives a month is the new minimum. 📈
The targeting was never the problem.
Your creative was running on life support and nobody wanted to pull the plug.
Fresh UGC every week fixes what no targeting tweak ever will.
That's literally why @Bulba_AI exists. 👉 https://t.co/sWnP5YwE3f
ROAS down 37%. CPMs up 68%. Budget on fire. 🔥
And someone in the marketing meeting just said "We just need to tweak the targeting."
Ah yes. The five stages of Meta grief
1️⃣ Denial — "it's the algorithm"
2️⃣ Anger — "fire the agency"
3️⃣ Bargaining — "let's tweak the targeting"
4️⃣ Depression — "Q2 budget has left the chat"
5️⃣ Acceptance — the creative was fatigued.
Bulba keeps the supply running so you never start from scratch again 👇

Every brand starts strong.
📅 Week 1 → content is flowing
📉 Week 3 → it starts slowing down
😬 Week 6 → someone's recycling a post from January
It's not a creativity problem.
It's a supply problem. And almost nobody is solving it the right way
Here's why it keeps happening 👇
Most brands treat content like a project.
📋 Plan a batch
🎬 Shoot a batch
📤 Post a batch
Then the batch runs out → the machine stops → everyone scrambles to start again.
That's not a content strategy.
That's a content sprint followed by a content panic.
We kept seeing this happen to brands that had everything else right. That's why we built @Bulba_AI . 👇
Brands spend 3 weeks building a campaign brief from scratch.
The brief is not the creative part.
Here's what 72 hours looks like instead:
1. Find your competitor's winning ad on @Bulba_AI .
2. AI clones it and builds a creator-ready brief.
3. Creators apply to remake it your way.
Go live.
No agency. No guessing. No starting from scratch.
Most UGC campaigns don't fail because of creators.
They fail because of briefs. Weak hooks. Too much creative control. Too little testing.
Without a clear audience and message, even the best creators are forced to guess.
And That's why we've been building Bulba to improve everything that happens before a creator starts filming.
Better hooks. Better briefs. Better creator matching.
Because when the strategy is stronger, creators spend less time guessing and more time creating content that actually performs.
Improve the brief.
The results usually follow.
You can source a creator in five minutes,
and still waste a month of budget.
The bottleneck was never finding someone.
It's finding someone whose audience actually buys what you sell.
We didn't build Bulba's matching around speed.
We built it around fit, creators whose audience actually speaks to yours.
After 500 demos and a 40% demo to close rate as a founder, here’s what I learned:
1. Get to know your customer before the call, understand their strengths and weaknesses. Pinpointing a weakness can put them on the defense and people have egos.
2. Point out their strengths before you point out any weakness.
3. Sell the outcome, not the features. The more features you show, the more work for them. People don’t want extra work, which is why services companies still make huge margins in the age of AI.
4. ONLY show a feature when the prospect mentions a problem, if the feature directly solves it.
5. Always, no matter what, book in a follow up call.
6. Try to involve as many decision makers as possible for the following up call
7. Make sure the follow up call is within max 2 business days. Cancel/reschedule rates end up much higher otherwise.
8. Always be bold, direct, and yourself. Hopefully “yourself” is a bit different than usual.
A new ghost account with 22 followers just outperformed a creator with 47,000 followers.
Imagine doing that at 30x scale.
That’s what Bulba is all about. Social media is officially now Interest media
If you’re a marketer seeing this….blink twice 😉
I literally audit 100s ad accounts almost daily for brands, and the pattern is brutal:
i see they’ve been running the same 4–5 creatives for monthssss...
but the truth is “only best polished studio ads” playbook is dead in 2026
