@traderkylec@kycefn What about a combo of $GDLC and $ETHA as a combo for crypto exposure besides those options. Imo $GDLC has good potential without the big expense. But nog really an expert in crypto.
@OddStockTrader Some comedians have been doing this in PR, mostly to test new shows, jokes, etc., but they zip the phone in a bag at the entrance and remove the locking mechanism of the bag at the exit. Ofc they have their people recording and publish stuff later, but good experience overall.
Market speculation
All markets zig and zag -- most of the time randomly
This zigging and zagging takes place on multiple time frames
A market might be zigging and zagging downward on one time frame while zigging and zagging upwards on another time frame
It is IMPORTANT to know your time frame of EACH trade
My goal
To periodically catch a zig (long) or a zag (short) on a daily time frame
When
The zig or zag on the daily time frame is in the direction of the same zig or zag on a weekly time frame
When
I know I can limit my loss if my zig or zag are wrong either in direction or in timing
There are three components to a trade
1. Size
2. Direction
3. Timing
If you are wrong on one, you are wrong on the trade
@PeterLBrandt Continuation at some point in the next couple of months as per a line I read in your book today, but it made me wonder, aren't broadening patterns reversals types?
Currently red in July after today and on a 1 month drawdown from realized trades. Meanwhile the on going winners if sold them all right now would take me to new yearly highs. Trust the process.
I had these targets for a break of 100. Took some at 98s on the pullback after the nasty up day (not on chart). Small size cut short a good trade after R1 that could make a difference. Did good tho, regardless, some thoughts for improvement.
Well, Imma start posting some charts/ideas when I get extra time during my daily prep/review. I liked $BABA for this week, today was my ideal entry on the pullback, but was off the desk today and probably until friday. Might give an opp tomorrow, might be gone already.
Is this what it looks like when it "clicks"? Still rough, need to work on decreasing dds, and holding for longer on the winners. Lots of lessons from lots of diff. peps. like @timothysykes, @TheOneLanceB, @LindaRaschke, @PeterLBrandt and @RedDogT3, all crazy and hardworkers.
