@BigGameBoy123 This thing is “bad” in the sense that its usage is kinda narrow. It’s generic enough to theoretically see use in anything…but extra decks are so tight these days that the only deck that initially came to mind when seeing this card was pure Mitsurugi.

@Cimoooooooo Honestly I see this as a win. Not cause of what the card does, but by its mere existence. MD is truly its own format, rather than just that online client whose card pool is playing catch-up with the OCG/TCG. Unique banlist, and now with (one) unique tools too.

@House_of_Champs It’s crazy how MTG has the problem of over-milking its side format (Commander), but Konami won’t even play copycat when having multiple formats clearly satisfies a large swath of players. They did a few products for their side formats and was like “wtf else do you want from us.”
