It's time for @IndonesiaGaruda to look at their 'tired' aircrafts like GA878 CGK-ICN with A330-300. Loyal customers will select others if they can't even charge their phones for such a long flight. Food served also needs to be looked at. The crew remains the best though.

Got my Starbucks Limited Edition back (unfortunately left behind the overhead compartment) from GA 411 DPS-CGK today. Kudos to Mbak Sri Panganti as the staff-in-charge at the Baggage Service who made things super quick. Thank you @IndonesiaGaruda

FA Keken today (31 July) on GA713 from SYD-CGK has given her best service and hospitality throughout the flight. Despite the bumpy flight, she patiently attended to all passengers of @IndonesiaGaruda

Flew SQ972 SIN-BKK today and served by the best Leading Stewardess TAN YUEN KWANG. Definitely recommeding her to become Chief Stewardess of @SingaporeAir

@SingaporeAir Miss Tan Yuen Kwang gave her best service with warm smiles, suggested drinks, full of sincerity. IFE was down for a while & she even apologised to some passengers. Been flying SQ & she definitely one of best crew. I found she deserves our compliments.
