@ChurchsChicken This unacceptable level of service has been an ongoing issue at this unit for quite some time and it is not due to a goal of serving hot & fresh chicken to customers. It is a deeper management/training/customer service issue that continues to be ignored. Thanks for your response.

@ChurchsChicken Just now at unit #10783 on McCain we were greeted at the speaker with “Welcome to Churches, it’s gonna be 15 minutes on chicken. Do you wanna wait?” It is 1:15pm on Sunday. Are you not expecting any customers?? Why does your company simply REFUSE to do better?

@ArbysCares Just wanna give a shout-out to your unit on JFK in North Little Rock, AR for bringing their A-Game. Grabbed lunch from them twice recently, and both times the food tasted great and was prepared and presented with exellence. Keep up the good work. We'll be back!

@kfc Just visited KFC in NLR 72118. Hand-written sign on speaker says "Due to inventory" you have no "chicken on the bone". So I order a Nashville Hot item. Order-taker says nope -you are also out of Nashville Hot Sauce. Are you even still in the Chicken Business? #AskingForNLR
