We are all just renting our jobs, roles, and titles.
"I have been here for 15 years as the head coach...this position has been on loan and it wasn't mine to keep...It's time for me to give it back, but to give it back to gain what I can't lose." -- Tony Bennett
Titles eventually get handed back. Just make sure you don't completely sacrifice what matters most trying to hold onto something that was never yours to permanently keep.
Jobs are finite. Values are infinite.

A 2-star QB scrambling for potentially the national-championship-winning touchdown on 4th down in his hometown against his hometown team after winning the Heisman for the most losing program of all time while his mother with MS screams for joy from her seat is possibly the limit of how good sports can get

He could’ve given in to fear, but instead, he trusted God to make a way—and God delivered.

Repost this if you choose faith over fear and trust in His timing.
@YankeeSource Can you see any world where the yanks trade for both Belli and Tucker? Belli as 1B and insurance in CF in case the Martian isn’t ready, Tucker in LF. Maybe sign Goldschmidt or Turner to platoon at first or be a backup in case Belli needs to spend more time in OF?
@AppelhansBraden I have so much respect for you, young man! I’ve dealt with the same demons you speak of, and I wish I would have opened up MUCH sooner about my struggles. By being so vulnerable, you’re helping to heal yourself and others. You have incredible courage…good luck on your journey!
@markpotterD2UP I admire this young man for opening up, and admire you coach for all your are doing to continue bring awareness to mental health! You both are changing and saving lives!
@M_Bulger19 Good on you Mike. Don’t mean to come at you, but I know you and you aren’t the person that comes across in some of your posts. Hope all is well with you and the fam!
@M_Bulger19 Not a shot at you. 99.9% of athletes do not play professional, including me. But bro you are a grown man tweeting hateful things about college kids, who have more talent in their pinky fingers than you and I have in our whole body. Biggest problem with social media these days.
