Thankfully the good thing about democracy is that parties evolve and people get to change their minds - and we've changed a hell of a lot of minds in the last two by-elections in Queen's Park and Goldsmid so...

Labour need to recognise the scale of what they're facing here in our city.

Two choices for them:
- break ranks, speak out and stop burying their heads in the sand
- or expect an absolute avalanche of results like this next year when the city goes to vote.
