Trina O’Connor is the manager of the NGO Discovery Community Training Centre in Darndale, a fully taxpayer-funded organisation.

She diagnoses the problem as a lack of programmes in communities (exactly what she claims her taxpayer funded NGO provides) and then prescribes the solution as more taxpayer money for those same programmes (for herself).

This isn't independent analysis.

She's diagnosing a need for her own services and writing herself a bigger cheque from the taxpayer.

She's not a criminologist, she's a grifter.
