This is totally unacceptable. For almost 3months now a booked flight ticket you intentionally changed his flight time, uptill now you refused to make a refund of the ticket. I hope this is not a new method of defrauding customers.

JAMB should create restrictions in their form portal for under- age prospectus students during purchase & filling of form so that parents will not be wasting money to buy jamb form. JAMB is just making unnecessary money from students.
