@SingaporeAir We’ve provided medical proof already as you requested and you still won’t let us change, something needs to be done! Horrific service from Singapore airlines

[Jerome @JeromeVidgen]

Never ever use @bookingcom or @SingaporeAir !! Won’t let me move me and my partners flights to Sydney back by 3 months! She is due to give birth to our son around of the time of the flights and they say this is not a good enough reason! Absolute awful airline do not use them!!

[Jerome @JeromeVidgen]

@SingaporeAir As I’ve been messaging, calling and mentioning on here already, all I want to do is change my flights, my partner is due to give birth to our son around the time of our flights. All we want to do is push them back 3 months! 1/2

[Jerome @JeromeVidgen]

@SingaporeAir Will be recommending that people do not use Singapore airlines. We’re not asking for much but it’s as if you just don’t care. We were flying with family but somehow have allowed their flights to be changed the 3 months yet still refuse ours.

[Jerome @JeromeVidgen]

@SingaporeAir I’ve already provided you with the proof of pregnancy but even then you say it isn’t good enough. We only want to delay our flights 3 months due to our son being due in December . We’re not looking to cancel it so you’re still making money from us!!
