Jossimar Cabrera claimed that his missing wife, Sheylla Guitierrez, was detained by ICE. However, surveillance footage of Jossimar's home shows him dragging around a body-sized bag.

Police later found his wife's body in the woods.

Jossimar has since fled the country to Peru, where he was detained by local authorities. He is now in the process of being extradited to the US for prosecution.
