@TheRealKeean @AirCanada Flying from Toronto to NYC. Monday flight delayed from 2pm to 6pm, had to go through Canada custom again to reenter. Tuesday flight delayed from 4pm to 8pm and canceled again. Once again had to go through US custom AND Canadian custom. They lost my luggage that day.

@AirCanada is the worst airline i’ve flown by far. Cancellation rate is 100% and i’ve flown about 10 trips this year. I would never have gone with them if they hadn’t been the only option available between US and Canada
