I’ve received d same promises in those "DM's" . Words like “priority”, “escalation” lose their meaning when they're repeated for months w/o any result. @qatarairways@qrsupport

The issue is that I have already been communicating with your team via DM for months. I already have a Refund ID, an EMD, & multiple escalations.
What I still don’t have is the refund of 509€ & 7,557 Avios for the cancelled, unused upgrade.

Dear @qatarairways, please don’t ask me to contact you via DM again. I’ve been doing that for months. I already have a Refund ID and EMD reference. First my refund was “approved and being processed”, now I’m told it’s “not possible”. Which is correct?

After a very frustrating experience since 4 March w/ waiting times, live chat, hotline issues & multiple cancellations, the support via X DM from @qatarairways and @qrsupport was excellent! Fast replies, polite & competent agents, genuinely helpful & solution-oriented throughout
@qatarairways What did you the whole day? Basically waiting from 9am to 0:35am watching the waiting time from jump frpm 15 minutes to 130 minutes back and forth since 22h. Great job @qatarairways
