Government is proposing a major change in the requirements to access senior citizens' pension. A bill has been laid in parliament that stipulates that an applicant cannot have more than $25,000 in savings to qualify. The Opposition Leader believes this is an attempt to make it harder for people to access the pension. But Donna Cox tells us otherwise. Here's more in this report.
@bmobiletweet hi Bmobile, I don’t want to come across as hostile but I may have to.
Yesterday, my brother tried acquiring an e sim yesterday for my mother at the gulf city branch with no success based on mother being physically there for her signature, understandable.
Your staff’s response to them was that “the system ain’t working” how long would it take to work? “We doe know, probably 2 hours or so, you can check west mall or Tobago” @bmobiletweet
Today though, time off was taken by my mother to set up her new phone that requires an e aim to get this done
Upon arrival there, my brother present with her, explained the situation from yesterday and requested an e sim
Again, not trying to be hostile, just venting because quite frankly, this is BS
Please have those resolved somehow, because you all cannot be wasting people’s time like this just to acquire a simple e sim when you all said to come back the next day
First of all Bmobile, that’s unacceptable, clearly your staff or those 3 particular staff members of that branch never had any sort of interpersonal skills training to deal with clients, oh very valued clients as well, been with y’all for many many many many years
Your staff’s response to them was that “the system ain’t working” how long would it take to work? “We doe know, probably 2 hours or so, you can check west mall or Tobago”
