@RiotPhroxzon 100% called everything happening to mage items in Phreak's 14.1 preview. Nerfed all old AP items efficiency, added broken items to be repeatedly nerfed, no compensation on health or AH, now mages will be unplayable. (Non stormsurge abusers already are) Please at least add back HP

@CestDommage 0/7 in the first 5 minutes is a great indicator. Even if it doesn't start as intentional, when the AFKing or coming to your lane to steal minions starts, even a simple A.I. tool can figure out what's going on.

@RiotPhroxzon Definitely think after dmg, ability CDR is one of the best feeling ways to buff a champ. It's always nice when your champ gets to do what makes them unique (their abilities) more often. That being said, fighter/assassins have too much access to cdr via items. More for AP, plz
