So thankful for the investment Pastor Paul Chappell put into likeminded lead pastors the past couple of days in Colorado.

We spent the time sharing burdens and blessings as we spent time hearing challenges from God’s Word.

It was life on life ministry impact and I’ve left motivated and inspired to stand and serve the Lord!

There are many strong, soul-winning pastors and churches and we need to encourage each other.

Cortez, Colorado and the San Juan National Forest were both breathtaking, but what was even more special was spending time with men who have sharpened me immensely over the years.

Pastor Chappell and Lancaster Baptist Church have been some of my greatest influences in life and ministry.

We had so many adventures including a 9 person plane commute in and out of Cortez (first time puking on a flight) as well as an ATV almost tipping over and getting overheated. The hike, water crossing, Indian artifact hunting were all down my alley! Had a blast meeting and making ministry friends!

Dr. Crabb’s counsel and teaching on stress was invaluable as was every session and devotional and I’ve got several ministry ideas for 2024 ready to roll!
