I have rebooted the TV box. I can’t reboot the modem as it is in use, and the internet is working fine.

When will this be fixed?

@Bell_Support I thought there was some type of broadcasting rule that prohibited commercials being louder than regular programming. Whatever happened to that?
We have to turn down the volume when the commercials come on. Deafening.

@Bell_Support Got the email that my bill was ready. Link in email to “My Bell” doesn’t work. When I log in to My Bell via Safari or Chrome, I get in, but when I try to bring up the bill details (View Current Bill), I get a very long error message.
