Club run before Christmas in southern Spain. All the local clubs ride to Lanjaron and the mayor provides food and drink. Admittedly it works better with 20°c and sun.

Tip for other cyclists, if you think a wasp has flown into your crash helmet, stop and let it out otherwise it'll get angry and you'll end up with a face like Joseph Merrick for a few days.
