@TELUSsupport everytime get an invoice generated for business accounts the email says inovies are ready but bill analyzer doesn't have the invoice up for several days. Frustrating experience. Tried fixing via phone support but still issue. FYI and hopefully can be fixed

@Bell Before when downloaded statements the file names were based on the account number and date. Now they just show up as BellPDF. Suggest go back to generating file names based on statement date please!

@cogecohelps @cogeco A suggestion: When you download the invoice it shows the file name as pdf.pdf. Can't you setup so it is like YYYY_MM_DD_Cogeco or something so people don't need to rename the files

Hey @Metrolinx @GOtransit you should updated Go Tracker to reflect no Lakeshore trains this weekend. Bought and activated weekend day pass and then was wondering why no trains showed on Go Tracker. Even on website the red notice didn't come up when I bought my pass... Not happy

@globalnewsto @ConsumerSOS Sean, interesting article but please tell people to use alternative 2FA and not use their cell number if they can avoid it. People can use authenticator apps or use physical yubikeys z etc . That is only way to protect against sim swaps.

@Kristine051377 @Mirvish I think the difference is the use of "sit down" production which I am assuming means a longer run with no specific end date vs a touring show. Definitely been a touring show that has come through as well
