I am once again begging you not to use the word "triggered" when you mean "bothered" or "irritated". Being "triggered" is a real mental health state that means a person w/ PTSD has experienced something that tells their body & mind to go into fight/flight/freeze/fawn overdrive.
absolutely not yucking yums, but set a reminder to, at some point, reflect on what this made you feel, think, etc., and how you want to move forward with that information
