Corrupt CPS officer gets exposed for her lying and deception by the guy. Watch her ego crumble in real time. Lawsuit currently in progress.

Warrantless raids, manufactured emergencies, and weaponized state power: this is what happens when Child Protective Services operates completely unchecked under color of law.

What you are watching on this doorbell camera is not routine child welfare—l, it is a calculated retaliatory maneuver by Loudoun County Child Protective Services (CPS) and local sheriff’s deputies after a citizen refused to surrender his constitutional rights.

The homeowner, Farzin Yazdani, found himself targeted by an escalating series of malicious, bad-faith reports stemming from a contentious custody feud. The reporting party had already filed fabricated assault accusations against him that local prosecutors ultimately dropped (nolle prossed).

But when direct criminal allegations failed, social services was brought in as a proxy weapon to target his children, including his one-month-old breastfeeding infant, Roxana.
When caseworkers first descended on his residence flanked by armed deputies, they possessed no search warrant, no court order, and no legal authority to breach the threshold.

Yazdani stood firm behind his door, invoking his Fourth Amendment right against warrantless government searches. In response, CPS engaged in blatant bad-faith tactics:

Rather than respecting clear constitutional boundaries, the agency documented a citizen's lawful refusal of warrantless entry as hostile "non-compliance" and an "imminent threat," using his exercise of rights as a pretext to manufacture an emergency.

Within 30 minutes of the initial standoff, Yazdani reached out and offered to let the caseworker visually inspect the infant that very evening, provided she arrived without armed law enforcement. CPS and county officials rejected the offer, went before a magistrate the very next day, and falsely attested under oath that "no less-drastic alternative existed" to physically seizing the children.

The caseworker showed up with an emergency removal order obtained with zero prior notice, deliberately emailing the legal filings to Yazdani's work address just three minutes before knocking on his door, blatantly dodging his civil rights attorney who was actively calling her cell phone on the doorstep.

In their rush to execute the order, authorities forcibly seized a one-month-old nursing baby girl from her mother, Emily, a parent against whom the state had never leveled a single accusation of abuse or neglect.

The state’s manufactured narrative completely collapsed the moment it faced actual judicial scrutiny. Following an exhaustive five-day contested evidentiary hearing, a family court judge dismantled the agency's claims, threw out the emergency removal orders, and ruled that the statutory threshold for state intervention had never been met. Baby Roxana was ordered returned home after eight days in state custody.

The battle, however, is far from over. Rather than letting the misconduct stay hidden behind closed doors, Yazdani has escalated the fight to federal court, filing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the involved Loudoun County deputies and caseworkers for unconstitutional seizure, due process violations, and abuse of state power.

This lawsuit is in progress and we will update once there is a conclusion.

Ronaldo Jr. is going to be a problem in the next few years, tbh. He’s such a beast in the making.

‼️💥 WAYNE ROONEY: “MESSI NEVER HAD TO PROVE HIMSELF IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE LIKE CRISTIANO RONALDO!” 🤯🐐

Wayne Rooney 🏴:

“People compare Cristiano and Messi using statistics, but they forget the environments they played in.

“Cristiano came to England as a young winger, developed into a goalscoring machine and won everything with Manchester United. Then he went to Spain and continued breaking records.

“Messi is an incredible footballer, but Cristiano proved he could adapt to different leagues, managers and styles of football.

“What impresses me most is that people have criticised Cristiano for years, yet he has continued scoring goals and winning trophies.

“You can prefer Messi. That is your opinion. But don't pretend Cristiano's career was easy.

“Some players are remembered for their talent. Cristiano will be remembered for what he did with his talent.”

🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Cristiano Ronaldo declares himself the MOST COMPLETE PLAYER IN FOOTBALL HISTORY!

“If someone prefers Messi, Pelé or Maradona, that’s a matter of personal taste. I RESPECT THAT.

“But to say Cristiano Ronaldo is NOT a complete player is a LIE.

“I AM THE MOST COMPLETE PLAYER.”

🚨 Ayman Yahya on his assist to Cristiano Ronaldo against Neftchi:

🗣️ Reporter: You were in a better position to shoot, but you chose to pass to Cristiano.

🗣️ Ayman Yahya: “If there’s one player I trust more than myself to deliver inside the box, it’s definitely Cristiano Ronaldo.

“Immediately after receiving the pass from Sadio Mané, I spotted Cristiano and didn’t even think twice about passing to him. And we all saw that he didn’t disappoint.

“Just look at how quickly he turned and scored. That’s something many young strikers today would struggle to do.” 🐐🔥

🚨🐐 CRISTIANO RONALDO ON NEYMAR: “PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH TALENT THIS GUY HAS!” 🇵🇹🇧🇷

🗣️ CRISTIANO RONALDO:

“Neymar is one of the most talented players I have ever seen. People talk about the Ballon d’Or, Champions League trophies and individual records, but sometimes they forget what makes a footballer truly special.

“When Neymar has the ball at his feet, you never know what he is going to do next. He can dribble past three players, create a chance out of nothing and make something difficult look easy.

“I think people are sometimes too harsh on him because they expected him to achieve everything Messi and I achieved. But every player has his own journey, and you cannot judge someone's entire career by the trophies he didn't win.

“Football needs players like Neymar. Players who entertain, take risks and make millions of people fall in love with the game.

“His talent was never the question. If injuries had been kinder to him, we might be having a very different conversation today.

“NEVER CONFUSE A CAREER THAT DIDN'T MEET EXPECTATIONS WITH A PLAYER WHO LACKED GREATNESS.” 🇧🇷❤️🐐

🚨🇵🇹 BREAKING: Cristiano Ronaldo expected to return with Portugal national team already in November, says FPF president.

“The Federation, the coach, all the teammates are aligned: we want Cristiano back. I expect him back already during the November international break”, says Pedro Proença.

“Cristiano is also willing to return. He’s the best of all time”.

🚨 BREAKING:

Cristiano Ronaldo has informed he will not return to the Portugal team as long as Jorge Jesus is the manager.

[CentreGoalHQ @centreGoalHQ]

🚨🎙️Reporter: Rasmus, everyone is talking about the moment you pushed Jorge Jesus after the final whistle. What actually happened?

🗣️Højlund: I was going to shake his hand. Then I remembered what he did to Cristiano.

🎙️Reporter: You mean Ronaldo?

🗣️Højlund: Of course I mean Ronaldo. That man is my idol. I grew up watching him, learning from him, celebrating like him. And you expect me to smile and shake hands with someone who disrespected him?

🎙️Reporter: But he is the Portugal coach. Isn’t that just football?

🗣️Højlund: No. Football is competition. What happened with Cristiano was disrespect. You don’t treat a player like him that way and then expect everyone to pretend nothing happened.

🎙️Reporter: So you don’t regret pushing him?

🗣️Højlund: Regret? I regret that I even tried to greet him in the first place. I should have just walked past him.

🎙️Reporter: Are you saying you did it because of Cristiano?

🗣️Hjlund: 100 percent. I don’t care what people say tomorrow. Cristiano Ronaldo gave inspiration to an entire generation. If someone disrespects my idol, I’m not going to stand there smiling for a handshake just because cameras are watching.

🎙️Reporter: Would you do it again?

🗣️Højlund: I’d show respect to anyone who deserves it. But respect has to go both ways.

🎙️Reporter: One final message for Jorge Jesus?

🗣️Højlund: You can coach Portugal. You can make your decisions. But don’t expect everyone to forget how you treated Cristiano Ronaldo.

🚨🇵🇹 José Mourinho on Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the Portugal camp:

🗣️ “I called Cristiano after everything that happened. Of course, I know more than I can say publicly, but I’m not going to sit here and tell the reporter everything we discussed.

A lot of what is being said about Cristiano right now is simply not true. There are many stories being told, many things being repeated, and honestly, most of the talk surrounding him is far from the reality.

Cristiano has given everything to Portugal. He is the greatest player in Portuguese football history and one of the greatest players this sport has ever seen. Whatever happened, he deserves to be treated with respect.

I will always respect Cristiano, and I believe he deserves better than some of the things being said about him.”

🚨🗣 Di Maria on Bruno Fernandes providing two assists against Denmark:

🚨🇵🇹 Diogo Dalot DESTROYS Portuguese journalists over Cristiano Ronaldo!

“You got exactly what you wanted. Cristiano is gone, and you should be celebrating instead of asking me about him every five minutes.

For years, you treated him differently from everyone else. You searched for every little thing you could use against him — arrogant, selfish, difficult, whatever story would get attention. You questioned his character more than you ever respected his achievements.

Now he has left the camp, so why are you still obsessed with him? You wanted him out, didn’t you? Then enjoy it.

Don’t suddenly pretend you care about Cristiano Ronaldo now. If you spent years trying to push a legend away, at least have the courage to admit you got what you wanted.” 🔥🇵🇹

🚨 Luis Figo on Portugal immediately giving Cristiano Ronaldo’s No.7 to Rafael Leao following his departure:

“I remember Cristiano’s first years with Portugal.

One day after training, some of the older players were talking and Cristiano was still outside doing something with the ball.

I looked over and said, ‘Does this boy ever go inside?’

Someone said, ‘Leave him. He wants to become the best player in the world.’

I laughed.

Cristiano heard us.

He came over and said, ‘Not just the best. I want to do something for Portugal that people remember.’

I told him, ‘Then you’re going to suffer.’

He looked confused.

I said, ‘Playing for your country is different. When things are good, everybody belongs to you. When things are bad, you still have to come back. That’s the deal.’

He said, ‘I’ll always come back.’

I thought about that conversation today.

Because more than twenty years later, Cristiano finally left a Portugal camp, and his number given to Rafael instantly.

And instead of immediately asking why the boy who told us he’d always come back finally decided to walk away, everybody seems in a hurry to show how quickly football can continue without him.

That worries me.

Not because Portugal cannot continue without Cristiano.

Of course it can.

I worry about the 12-year-old Portuguese boy watching.

Maybe Cristiano is the reason he started playing football. Maybe number seven is on the back of every Portugal shirt he’s ever owned.

One day that boy might become the next star.

He might become somebody we haven’t heard of yet.

And when he arrives at the national team, we’ll tell him exactly what we told Cristiano.

‘This shirt is different.’

Sacrifice for it.

Play hurt for it.

Come whenever you’re called.

Put the country before yourself.

But children aren’t stupid. Footballers aren’t either.

Eventually one of them will ask the question nobody wants to hear:

‘What happens when I’ve given Portugal everything?’

That’s why how you treat Cristiano at the end matters.

I remember another conversation with him years later.

By then he wasn’t the skinny boy anymore. He was captain.

I joked, ‘You said you’d do something Portugal would remember. I think they’ve noticed now.’

He laughed and said, ‘I’m not finished.’

That became Cristiano’s relationship with Portugal.

Never finished.

Lose a tournament, come back.

Get criticised, come back.

Get older, come back.

People tell you the next generation is ready, come back.

Until eventually, something happened and he didn’t come back.

He packed his things and left.

Then he told the Portuguese people that one day he would explain ‘the truth.’

I don’t know what happened inside those conversations, so I’m not going to invent it.

But if a relationship lasting more than twenty years ends like that, the federation shouldn’t only be thinking about the player who walked out of the building.

They should be thinking about the boys watching him walk out.

Because one day Portugal will ask one of them for everything too.

And when that day comes, you don’t want him remembering Cristiano Ronaldo and thinking:

‘Everything?’

I told Cristiano all those years ago that playing for your country means always coming back.

Perhaps there was another part we should have told him.

Your country should give you a reason to.”

im sorry but this is genuinely the biggest flex ive ever seen.
