During a stay at farringdon hotel on Feb 16th we had someone enter our hotel room during the night. We were told were would recieved 1 night refund and a voucher for future stay. We are yet to receive either. @TravelodgeUK

@ExpediaUK I have just spoken to a member of staff who has assured me it will be investigated and I will be notified of the outcome. When they listen to recording of previous calls they will hear "Christine from American airlines " Who is really an expedia employee. Shocking

@ExpediaUK shocking service. Call centre staff in scheduling. 2hrs arguing after they've taken me off a flight I've paid £2000 for. Tried to tell me flight was no longer running when we have family on same flight. Funny how we are back on it now. Never again !!!😠
