What I booked for £1300:

LHR to Singapore via Doha (1 Hr transit)

What I ended up getting because of how useless @qatarairways are:

LHR delayed on the run way for nearly 2 hrs, thus missing my connection to Singapore. Then made to wait for 14 hours in Doha, then flying to Jakarta, where I’m currently waiting for my next flight in 4 hours time to Singapore.

Amazingly, @QA_supervisor think they do not need to compensate me for all this. I left on 01/08/24 and I am still not at my destination two days later.

Never booking with these scumbags again. What a way to lose a customer for life.
