@Airtel_Presence
Very very poor service
My complaint is not with the network but your store associates all of your employees are just sitting on their ass collecting their per diem but me a customer since 2004 was not valued in store one bit
I walked in store today to get some help with eSIM transfer unfortunately my new phone did not have enough charge it was type c charging device and all the employees seeming had the latest phone in their hands doomscrolling to whatever they consume. I asked if I can get a charger
Keep in mind that this is a phone service company and they don’t have a single charging port. I left humiliated today and Airtel service has reached a new bottom today in my understanding
They told me they can’t help cause they don’t have a lightning cable I replied that this phone needs a type c charger the one u guys use to charge your phones. To which they said a guy will come in the evening to help us with a charger
@Attila09326066 @PicturesFoIder Nice that makes sense except the service was $120 the tip is optional in most cases unless exclusively mentioned other wise be it $80.
U can call it American capitalism which in my dictionary is a synonym for cheating, manipulation and gaslighting.
