@BackpackerFI This is somewhat misleading, these numbers assume no down payment. If you assume $120,000 down payment (20% of $600,000) for both cases, todays home with the same payment would be $434,000.
Still not great, but slightly better.
@tobi_lehman Wait, so Twitter is the MBR of the brain? So that's why I can only read two tweets first thing in the morning, then need to go get coffee while my brain finishes booting up.
Not gonna lie... think twice before you become the guy who can debug all the layers of the stack. You won't make more money and you'll probably work way longer hours :(

Never give more headcount to a manager whose team is always firefighting and overwhelmed.

@tobi_lehman @seyitaylor Also, a 40 minute manual task done 3 times is guaranteed to be done differently each time. Automation ensures consistency even if it isn't used enough to be worthwhile from a time perspective.
@tmobile what happened? You used to be so great. $70 restocking fee for a defective phone? I have to drive across town to get a copy of a receipt your sales people said I would get in email? Even your phone support and coverage is sucking lately. #TMobile#badcustomerservice
@tobi_lehman @onewayfunction You mind sharing your sketches once you figure it out? ... I understand it completely, I just want to make sure you got the right answer.
I love being surprised by a feature I didn't know I needed. @hbomax turns on subtitles temporarily if you rewind a few seconds, then turns them off again once you catch up. Absolutely beautiful feature.
