A THREAD
We already have trusted financial relationships set up, so why not have a youthful platform to do all the manual tedious calculations for us? No loan sharks, no banks, or predatory lenders, and no hidden fees, let's keep the money within communities.

We should have a proper ICT Engineering team in the Kenyan government - with the best in class software engineers, data teams, cybersecurity teams, IT and internet teams and all
ICT is too big of an important matter to let it be ran by small individual players in the entire country
One department, one umbrella, with people who actually have practical skills and not just on paper
That way we’d protect our resources and make government services faster and cheaper to get for all
And innovation will be encouraged, with new avenues to tap income from.
One department, skilled people who are vetted often but not affected by changing governments. Make it a dream.

To get your first programming job:
1. Create your personal portfolio website, and buy a custom domain to host it. It doesn’t need to have much, it could just have a few paragraphs about yourself, don’t overdo it the first time
2. Find open source projects to contribute to, and contribute to them
3. Start your own blog, and whenever you make even the tiniest contribution to the open source projects above, write about it, add screenshots, add links to the merged PRs and issues, tell us why you made the change the way you did, and how you did it, tell us what you learned. Ensure you write often.
4. Share a link to the article on Twitter and other channels you’re in
5. Add the blog links to your portfolio website. Also add, to your portfolio, how you can be reached (mostly email) and that you are currently open for work. Recruiters will reach out to you directly via your email.
This is one of the surest ways to beat the system and get your first tech job. Don’t just queue your resume with thousands of other applicants, be different.

This is Eagle Eye. It's a tool used to find people's social media accounts. You feed it the name of the person and an image of them. It does a reverse lookup on the image, uses facial recognition, then tries to find any Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter profiles of that person.
