@SamsungMobileUS Your last update broke my GPS - since updating yesterday, I can't get a GPS lock on my Galaxy S9 - not in google maps, or pokemon go, or wizards unite. It jumps around wildly over a couple mile radius. How do I downgrade my Android system?

@SamsungSupport I did a system update pushed to my Galaxy S9 yesterday. Now my phone makes noises when connecting to my wireless charger with do not disturb on. It never did before. How do I fix this? Do not disturb is still on at the correct times.

@googlenesthelp My weather on my nest thermostat has been frequently out or gone for the last five days or so. Zip code is correct in both the app and the thermostat itself. Weather channel has correct weather. Restarting router and thermostat didn't help.
