I was then told I couldn't be helped when your appliance that isn't even 2yrs.old is malfunctioning due a software issue on the Omni+. Very disappointing. What a waste of $250+. I loved the machine but I will have to replace it with a different brand.

@InstantPot I call to get help only to have the agent say they emailed me questions that could have been asked on the phone & told further assistance will be via email. The reply back to my email was asking for the same info that I just gave AGAIN.

@Dexerto People are miffed because expert should be the middle ground, a challenge, but not so much you get beyond frustrated. It definitely needs some adjustments. It should be the happy medium between easy and insanely hard.

@ianmiles What the actual F is this post date expense? Do chick's not just go home & wash off their makeup? My guess she used him to get her lashes & nails done which isn't cheap. No sane woman would pull this crap. Dude took a serious loss on this one. She isnt worth $400.
