@EmiratesSupport Hi! I’m booked on EK009 tomorrow (4 March) from Dubai to London Gatwick at 14:25.
My booking still shows “Scheduled” but there is no option allowing check-in but I’ve seen other places where it’s showing as cancelled. Nobody has contacted me.

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have been through the same process. I had to wait 4 days for a response and the only response I got is that your account remain locked upon review and no explanation as to why. This is just poor customer service.
@ASOS_HeretoHelp my account has been locked with no explanation why even know I have contacted Asos customer care quoted response:
‘ASOS have made the decision not to accept any further orders from you. If any orders are placed, they will be cancelled. ‘
