Still no refund from @vueling after being denied boarding on 27/05. Received the measly compensation but not my actual flight cost, or anything for my hotel I missed using! @UK_CAA can you help me? I'm getting nowhere.

@LoveWilko What a disaster in your Sutton store today. Told my parcel was there, waited 45 minutes to be told they can't find it. "customer service" staff stood behind the desk swearing! Still no parcel!

@Mothercarehelp Received a notification this morning saying my pram had been delivered. Nobody was home but @YodelOnline thought here was a safe place to leave it. My neighbours were in but they didn't even bother trying to leave it somewhere secure. Not a good experience!

Went all the way to @nextofficial to collect my items but wasn't given everything. Now I have to go again tomorrow. One thing after another!
