But all I keep getting is a stock response saying I didn't complain within 48 hours so Uber can't help. In the circumstances this seems extremely unreasonable and I would like a full refund. Can you help?

@UberEats - I ordered sandwiches from Pret using UberEats for lunch on my wedding day. We wanted to have a low stress lunch, together as bridal party, before going to the wedding. The order, however, was delivered to the wrong house - same road, wrong number.

No time to complain as we had to find something to eat and finish getting ready. Really not what we needed. I then went on honeymoon and didn't want to spend my time complaining to Uber whilst away. Now I'm back I've tried to raise the issue...

My Dad has never ordered anything from @musicMagpie but has started to receive 'Notice in Sums in Arrears' letters demanding he pay £94.25. He has tried to raise with HQ - but all they say is he should raise it with the police.

@lb_southwark - 1/ I just went to my 1735 lateral flow test at the Damilola Youth Centre to find it was totally shut. I didn't receive any forewarning, nor was there an explanation anywhere at the centre itself. A real waste of my time and not good for community testing either!
