@571feynman Will he has plan to list it on any exchange? The name and narrative are catchy, but it needs to be listed on an exchange to gain more attention—just like FARTCOIN. etf500 is not going anywhere cause it's not listed on any exchange.

@jtsla4@Jake__Wujastyk@EliteOptions2 Are you jealous? You never had a bad call? We all have a moment and calling out for a bad trade does not make you better!
@AskokS@sam_badawi 🧮 Example:
•Yorkville uses $20M to buy discounted shares.
•Resells them for $20.5M.
•Reuses that same $20M 50 times? That’s $1B in share purchases — without needing $1B in the bank.
You missed understand the deal. Also yorkville has over 600M asset management, not 10M. A SEPA is not an upfront capital commitment. It's a legal right — granted to the public company to sell newly issued shares over time to the investor.
•Think of it like a credit line, not a loan.
•Webull can draw down (i.e. sell shares) in small tranches, maybe $5M, $10M, etc., and Yorkville agrees to buy those shares under pre-agreed terms (usually a small discount to market price).
