@ejonesjewellers really disappointed with your repairs service. Had my engagement ring 4 years and get it cleaned and polished for the diamond to then fall out. Repairs are refusing to replace the diamond and have quoted more than the ring is being sold for.

@MossBros absolutely rubbish service from your Plymouth store, will not recommend to anyone. Lots of mistakes made with an order worth over £1300, disappointed. Will be making an official complaint.

@Bensons_Care awful company and service. Faulty goods, months of awaiting new deliveries that never arrived and now our original order has been discontinued because it’s taken so long for anyone to sort it out. And the best bit, £50 compensation for a nearly £3k order! Insulting!

@BensonsForBeds absolutely terrible company, will not be recommending to anyone I know. Have not dealt with our ongoing complaint appropriately and still can’t get orders and deliveries correct. 7 months later and we still don’t have our bed.

Just spent a really long part of my Sunday evening blow drying my hair with a round brush to make it look like it does in the salon, which it does, but I will wake up in the morning and it will look nothing like a blow dry so I don’t know why I bother
