Their employees and their policies don’t empathize; it’s all about profit for them. I’ve never flown United after that, and likely never will. Sorry about your situation

@MrLeonardKim As someone who lives in Seattle but travels to LA, it does seem more expensive here. I spend way more on food and Ubers, and it’s almost impossible to find reasonably priced housing and hotels.
