The delegates are openly admitting that the monies provided as "TnT" are insufficient, hence their refusal to cast a ballot. I believe, we need to examine political party financing and vote buying. These are the main causes of corruption, and they distort our electoral processes.
It's actually not a free market. A free market is where pupils can say I won't work at X rate. But when you make pupillage a mandate on one end and don't make sure people are taken care of at the other end. You are mandating involuntary servitude at the margins.
