Good Monday X family. Don’t neglect the Word today.
Enjoy today’s devotional.
Spiritual fire doesn’t usually disappear overnight—it fades when life crowds out God’s Word. Busy schedules, pressures, disappointments, and distractions can slowly drain our passion for Christ until we’re running on spiritual fumes. Many believers know this feeling well.
The good news is simple and hopeful: the same Word that ignited your faith in the beginning can rekindle it today. Scripture is not merely information; it is living and powerful. When God’s Word meets a receptive heart, it lights buried embers and restores spiritual clarity. Faith was born through hearing God’s Word, and faith is revived the same way.
Prayer Lord, I confess how easily I drift from Your Word. Rekindle my faith through Scripture. Give me a renewed hunger to hear You speak and the courage to trust what You say. Light the fire again in my heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Jesus is worth everything.

“Does not my word burn like fire?” says the Lord. “Is it not like a mighty hammer that smashes a rock to pieces?”
Jeremiah 23:29 NLT
“Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.”
Romans 10:17 NIV
