@turshen Sigh, you're probably right... when I added two cups of water, I found the taste was a bit rich, so before I put away leftovers I added two more cups! Fantastically tasty anyway as so many of your recipes are. I'll def. do a hard simmer next time :)

@turshen Hi so I just made your chicken soup recipe. After all was said and done I threw away the chicken pieces and was left with what looked like enough soup for 1.5 people. It was less than 1 liter of stock. Normal? Should I add more water?
