@AmericanAir When the lady at the gate told me if I didn’t see a refund on my credit card to call customer service, then she made a “good luck with that” face. This is the second flight in a row to Philly with a subpar experience.
@AmericanAir I think the best part is after I ask if there is another seat I could get moved to, I was told there were no seats available. Then I see an aa employee sitting front and center in row 7. You guys live in that sweet spot of being people’s only option.
