Hey @alexlindsay! I heard you mention somewhere that you often start a 3D print design by using photogrammetry instead of measuring and parametric modelling. Do you have any tools or starting points you’d recommend for an Apple-based workflow? Thanks!
@hotdogsladies Just catching up on B2W, so excited bc I also got my first printer a couple months ago. I use and like Cura on an M1 Mac. Also, when you do want to do CAD I’ve had good results using ChatGPT to tell me how to do stuff in Fusion 360.
@ZONEofTECH Same. 14 Pro less than a year old and my battery health is 88%. Never make it a full day. Roughly the same usage pattern as every iPhone I have owned since the 3G. This is an inferior battery.
@XboxSupport got an email promoting a wish list item for $5 but when I went to buy it was $20. Tried to log a support ticket but chat and callback failed and sale ends 1st Dec. Australian Xbox owner. Can anyone help?
Hi @caseyliss, could you recommend a terminal tool for downloading audio / video from YouTube on an M1 Mac? I seem to remember you having strong feelings about this a while ago but I’m not sure what current best-practice is.
@AstonshngLegnds@Forrest_Burgess@TessPfeifle I’m sure you’ve already received this a hundred times, but:

I’m really hoping you can dig into this and give it the “Betz Sphere” treatment— I would love to see a side-by-side analysis!
Topics on @thetalkshow w @gruber and @moltz reminded me of 2010ish when my PC friends were getting iPhones: I told them not to lose the SIM ejector bc using a paper clip or Android tool would void their warranty. A sad number believed me. Updating this bit for polishing cloth.
@riskybusiness Dependency confusion, SolarWinds, those grain-of-rice spy chips we all know the CCP put in everything (right, Bloomberg?)… most of us have known that *vulnerabilities* would be “baked in”.
The past 15 years as an infosec goon can be summed up as “I told you so >feelsbad.gif”
