🏌️‍♀️300 yards at 14 years old🏌️‍♀️ 

Melinee Udom has only been playing for 3 years and just hit a new PR of 300 yards and club head speed of 106.8 mph. 

This is the fastest we’ve seen a 14 year old female. 

How did she do it? 

✅She grew up doing gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting so she is very mobile and is very fast and powerful. 

✅She still lifts weights and does speed training using SuperSpeed. 

✅Her @titleist driver was fit for her and is optimized for her swing. 

✅She has a lot of lag in her swing and generates a lot of ground force. 

✅She continues to work on her swing mechanics and her golf fitness with coach Charlie Udom
