Amir Locke, 22, was killed by Minneapolis Police officer Mark Hanneman last year on this day, Feb. 2.

Hanneman was part of a SWAT unit serving a pre-dawn no-knock warrant (which wasn't for Locke).

Last April the prejudicial killing was sanctioned by prosecutors. #OnThisDate
