@Solovertas@UltiworldDG@statmando This year @FoundationDG shared the survey link. They didn't last year. About 20% of our respondents found out about the survey through them, which can account for Brodie's boost in Fandom Score. I came away really impressed with the power of Foundation's reach.
@mr1ply@UltiworldDG@statmando@sockibomb13 We ask people to fill out the survey only once. With thousands of surveys collected, someone would need to work hard to throw off the results and we screen for maleficence. Ricky is a polarizing player. Being the foil to Paul McBeth for a decade will do that to you.
@mr1ply@UltiworldDG@statmando On the survey, we give the instructions "If you have never heard of them skip them altogether." We can work on that wording for next year, but it is easy to miss. On Google 0-10 scales you don't have a good option for "other."
@UltiworldDG For those commenting on Idio, I recommend checking out this interview I conducted with their owner recently. He was very open and explained some of the issues they had with earlier runs. https://t.co/ZBAorfryx2
@_AntiCommunism@FDG_Hunter_T Google Forms doesn't have a good ranking option. That is why use individual Likert scales in combination with "choose your favorite player" questions for MPO and FPO. It also makes the data easier to process and visualize.
@davidrinnan@UltiworldDG@statmando Sorry, the results cannot be seen after filling out the survey. The results will be published sometime in October. Here is an article from the series we published last year: https://t.co/DG17JWPYLs
@DK43900517@FDG_Hunter_T We are probably leaving the survey open until around the time of the tour championships. Then we'll publish our findings in late October or early November. You'll find links to last year's articles here to see the 2022 results: https://t.co/5Gwv8jRkp8.
