You can’t control what people do; you can’t control what they say. But you can control how you respond. My message is very simple; quit giving away your joy. Quit letting the same people upset you. Quit letting the things that don’t work out frustrate you.
The UK economy basically works like this:
Get paid £2,000.
Give £900 to a landlord. Give £200 to the council. Give £150 to energy companies. Give £300 to supermarkets. Give £300 to car insurance and fuel.
Spend the rest surviving until next payday.
Then get lectured by someone who bought their house for £37,000 in 1988 about how you need to stop buying coffees and cancel subscriptions.

According to a confession attributed to Wisdom, he is said to have assaulted Theo on Monday, leaving him critically injured. Reports indicate Theo was still alive but in a very weak state when Wisdom initially left the scene.
It is further alleged that Wisdom later drove Theo’s vehicle away and returned afterwards, at which point Theo had already died. Instead of seeking assistance, he reportedly placed the body in the vehicle and drove around.
He is said to have later parked at Mensah-Sarbah in Legon before moving to the GIMPA road area in the early hours of 7th April 2026, where the vehicle and the body were set ablaze.

A middle-aged person with a disability has been apprehended by concerned residents and handed over to police authorities at North Legon after tying his six year old stepson to a quad bike and dragging him along the ground.
The disturbing incident, triggered by repeated allegations that the child had been breaking into neighbouring homes to swim in their pools and steal metal items for sale as scrap, has left the boy with severe bodily injuries.
In a video clip taken during preliminary questioning by residents, the suspect admitted to the act, stating that persistent complaints from residents regarding the child’s conduct compelled him to take such action.
