Failed most of my GCSE’s/ A levels. Trained to be a nurse and quit nursing as soon as my career began. At the time I thought I was failing but now I see what it was, finding out what I don’t want and developing a strong sense of what I do want. Closed doors aren’t really closed.

One of my favorite stories of the suffragettes is Emily Wilding Davison who hid in a cupboard in the House of Commons on census night 1911. Records show not only does she live there but she is head of the house. #womenshistorymonth
