So @KobaltTools is there anything I can do to get @Lowes to fulfill your “No hassle” guarantee? I’ve been to the store twice and both times have been turned away despite being within the 5-year warranty and having a CC statement verifying place and date of purchase.
@KobaltTools I went to my local Lowe’s to exchange my weed trimmer under the 5-year guarantee and buy a new Kobalt leaf blower. Walked out with nothing. Questioning my loyalty to the Kobalt brand. Why put the warranty on the box if you’re not going to honor it?
@KobaltTools I brought my broken weed trimmer, all accessories, and proof of purchase to the Lowe’s I purchased it from 16 months ago. They said they can’t facilitate an exchange because it’s not in the system. Even though it’s within the 5 year warranty.
@KobaltTools I’ve been to Lowe’s twice and spoken to your phone reps twice. Apparently you should update your “No hassle guarantee” to “No hassle unless we discontinued your product, in which case too bad so sad.”
