It’s fucking snowing and I want to tip my driver accordingly @ChipotleTweets.
Why are you deciding how much tipped workers can make?

[Vanessa Ling Yu @vanessalingyu]

For real, Filmores. For freakin’ real.

[Justice for Workers @fairwagesnow]

Let's be clear: For workers in low-wage, frontline jobs, ANY interruption in earnings will act as a deterrent to taking a sick day at the first sign of symptoms. We need laws to ensure employers provide #PaidSickDays for ALL. Full stop. #PaidSickDaysSaveLives

[Decent Work and Health Network @DecentWorkHlth]

If govt is finally considering LONG OVERDUE #PaidSickDays, let's make sure they're:
✅Universal
✅Fully paid
✅Adequate
✅Permanent
✅Accessible
Proven & effective approach: legislate employer-provided paid sick days through ESA.

the ontario government granted leeway for police to surveil and harass, and all black & indigenous people are at risk. look out for one another folks.

Did the agricultural industry take heed of any lessons learnt from the first wave? Take a look for yourself – these are the appalling living conditions migrant workers are currently faced with on farms here in Ontario #justiceformigrantworkers
